Privacy

What we store

• Your email address, to identify your account and send you the release code when a cool off ends.
• Your Screen Time passcode, encrypted at rest. We can decrypt it only to send it to you when your countdown ends.
• Which vertical you locked, when you locked it, and your cool off length and release history.
• Product events like page views and checkout attempts, tagged with the campaign that brought you here (UTM parameters) if there was one. These first-party events are stored in our own database, not a third party.
• Billing records handled by our payment processor. We do not store your card number. Charges are billed under the name Zero Software, not Get0, so that is what shows on your statement.

What we do not do

• No scanner reads your browsing, messages, or photos.
• Three analytics tools and nothing else: Microsoft Clarity, which records how pages are used (taps, scrolls, where people get stuck) with text you type masked, Google Analytics, which runs only once it is configured and counts visits, and Vercel's cookieless page-view counter. None of them ever sees a passcode, and none is used to identify you personally.
• We do not sell your data.

Deleting your data

Email hello@get0.ai and we delete your account, your stored passcode, and your event history. Billing records we are required to keep for tax purposes are retained separately.
